Don is retired from Navy civil service and was an IT consultant supporting the Department of Defense. He worked over 32 years during his career mostly for the Navy and retired in 2003 while supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington DC. After retirement, he went back to work as an IT consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the Dept of Defense for eight years. Don went into the army when he was 19 and served a year in Vietnam. He is proud to be a veteran and supports active duty military. Don is a widower and has worked to make Garnerland in Luray a great vacation spot.
Don's has four children, multiple grandchildren and loves dogs. Hospitality at Garnerland in Luray is handled by Don and he lives in his Mancave apartment located in the garage.
